So today I was sitting at work and I had some music playing in my headphones as background noise while I work as always (to drown out the awkward silence and random bits of conversation in the office space, but that’s beside the point…just a fun fact 😊 lol), and depending on how “in the zone” I am at the moment or how busy the workload is, I’ll sometimes find myself drifting in and out of paying attention to whatever song is playing. I like to mostly listen to something to keep me alert and uplifted in energy throughout the day, and I do like to mix things up in variety but gospel music has always been a frequent go-to of mine because it was what I was raised on, it’s very inspirational and uplifting and I just love the musicality of it.
